Deposit required upon booking is one night’s stay. For holiday weekends, a deposit of the full stay is required. Minimum three-night stay on holiday weekends.
PLEASE NOTE! We are a family-style trailer park, open to families and couples with set quiet hours and controlled access for security. We do not tolerate excessive noise, excessive alcohol consumption, or offensive language. Anyone found to be causing any of the above during their stay, or who is generally disruptive to the family trailer park environment, will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Please contact the office with any questions regarding this policy prior to booking.

If at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is provided prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks’ notice is provided, the deposit is not refundable.
For holiday weekends, if at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival.
For trailer rentals, if at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks’ notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded less one night stay cancellation fee. No refunds for early departure.
